All applicants must submit the completed application forms, letters
of recommendation and the required certified transcripts and
certificates not later than 30th March of the year in which
admission is sought. The application procedure is as follows:
(a) Application and reference forms are obtainable from the office
of the Director, School of graduate Studies, level 4 senate
building, Makerere University or can be downloaded from this site.
(b) The completed forms should be submitted to the Director, School
of graduate Studies (or sent to the Dean, Faculty of Economics and
Management at the address below, for international students.)
(c) Candidates seeking sponsorship are required to send their CVs,
one essay (less than 200 words on how the program will enable them
to contribute to their countries’ development), and a letter of
recommendation from their employers along with the application
forms.
(d) Applicants should accompany their applications with a fee of
2,000.00 for Ugandan students and US $50 for foreign students, to
cover the processing costs. Foreign students may pay their admission
fees on admission
